DTM Experience – Real touring car sport on the PC
DTM Experience is genuine DTM racing. Launch your own 2013 DTM Championship and learn what it means to drive a winning team forward as you master real racing circuits to become a DTM Champion. Nowhere else you can feel the matchless handling of a perfectly constructed DTM race car – except on the real track. Even real DTM drivers marvel at the virtual representation of the world's most powerful touring cars.
"We were overwhelmed immediately when we stepped on the gas pedal for the first time. What a great sound! Everything roars, squeals and sounds just like we experienced it later on the real race track." (Heiko Klinge, PC game magazine Gamestar, 21.10.2013)
Purified authenticity for beginners and pros DTM
Experience assures by its high degree of realism and skillful arrangement of challenges, so that the authentic driving experience reaches all players. The difficulty levels “Novice” and “Amateur” offer intelligent support for the driving dynamics of the cars allowing for a good balance between easy handling and a challenge to master. The “Get Real” driving model lets the player experience DTM like a real race driver. At this level, all technical settings correspond with that of their real life counterparts. Transmission ratio, differential, aerodynamics and many more parameters can be changed to simulate the powerful mechanisms behind a real DTM car.Experienced drivers can further add tire wear and car damage to their experience. A particular action-rich option is provided by the DRS (Drag Reduction System). Like in reality, the players can modify the aerodynamics of the car with DRS via the push of a button, and move the rear wing to support crucial takeovers.
A further highlight is A.R.I. (Adaptive Racing Intelligence) which adapts automatically and intelligently to the individual drivers skill. When the driver becomes better, so do the opponents. The artificial intelligence “learns” and continues to be a challenge for the driver.
The whole world of DTM
Equipped with these outstanding driving dynamics, the drivers of DTM Experience enter the challenge with the original DTM vehicles on the original DTM tracks, competing based on the original rules against perfectly simulated and realistic opponents. The fight for the title influences not only the driver’s progress but also that of the DTM team’s and DTM manufacturer’s scoreboards. The sophisticated Qualifying modes in four competition levels boil up the excitement around the pole position battle. The Race with its duels doesn’t lack in drama compared to the real DTM.The whole world of DTM Experience in detail:

Cars
AUDI RS 5 DTM
An Audi V8 engine powers this low slung aerodynamic masterpiece of a machine. Updates to the body means this successor of the Audi A5 DTM is now less sensitive to contact and better suited to slipstream battles, allowing you to race hard and bid for the win.BMW M3 DTM
Improving on the title winning package from 2012, this upgraded BMW M3 DTM is even more robust than before, allowing it to withstand the rough duels and close racing of DTM undamaged. This car is a new interpretation of the well-known M3 brand and is built to take you to the finish line.DTM Mercedes AMG C-Coupé
This model is a successor of the AMG Mercedes C-Class which, with 85 victories in 159 races, is the most successful vehicle in the DTM’s 30-year history. The racing car is based on the C-Class Coupé that celebrated its world debut in 2011.Tracks
HOCKENHEIM
Redesigned in 2001, the new Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg traditionally stages the DTM season kick-off as well as the final round of the season. The track demands precision driving, especially through the corner combinations in the Motodrom stadium complex.BRANDS HATCH
With dramatic corners, hills, dips and cambers, the Brands Hatch circuit is a serious test of driver skill. The blind entry to Paddock Hill Bend in particular remain one of the great tests of world racing, and never fails to offer drama and excitement.RED BULL RING
A modern update on the legendary Österreichring, Red Bull Ring reviving the well-known corners and adding a few new twists to the set of challenges a complete lap offers. Tight corners and heavy braking mean good overtaking opportunities.LAUSITZRING
Flat and with high levels of grip, the Lausitzring dares you to go too fast too soon. But to set a good lap, you need to be smooth and avoid errors in the infield section. Go easy on the high curbs in the first hairpin or your lap will suffer.NORISRING
Compact, uncompromising and deceptively tricky to master, despite the simple layout. As the only street circuit in DTM calendar the Norisring is not for the faint of heart, the walls are close and the frantic breaking for the first hairpin turn can make or break your race.MOSCOW
Moscow Raceway is the first Russian circuit built to hold international motorsport events and a new entry to the DTM calendar. The track layout used for DTM is short and technical, but the long back straight is built for slipstreaming and late brake maneuvers.NÜRBURGRING
A first class racing track, located right next to the famous Nordschleife but offering a very different challenge. A hairpin first corner gets you started and then the challenges never stop until you hit the back straight. A good track for multiple overtaking chances during a lap.OSCHERSLEBEN
Oschersleben is a tricky and selective track without much in elevation changes, but high on drama. The first corner is a left angle twisting directly into a long 180 degree turn, a certain recipe for close calls and traded paint. The tight chicane needs to be attacked aggressively.ZANDVOORT
Circuit Park Zandvoort is an old school race track located in the Netherlands, directly in the dunes near the coast line. The 4.3 km long track offers fast and sweeping corners as well as tight hairpins that provide excellent overtaking opportunities. It’s a real challenge and the drivers love it.Teams
